Our Fees are low and fixed
A free comprehensive trade mark search is included, known also as a clearance search. Other firms charge £75 to £150 for this.
No payment is taken until we have made all checks that the application will succeed. If it will not succeed no fees are payable*. We require credit card details be entered with an order, for validation and authorisation of future payment.
Registration fees are set by the individual registry. We pay them when the application is filed.
In the very unlikely event your application is rejected by the registry we offer a full refund on our fee.
